NBH is pleased to announce the opening of applications for:
Training of Trainers (TOT) Workshop
The TOT workshop aims to strengthen participants’ capacities in training, facilitation, communication, learning session management, and participatory approaches, while enhancing their ability to transfer knowledge and practical skills related to good governance, community participation, and women’s empowerment.
Target Participants
The workshop is open to women and men with an interest or experience in:
• Training, facilitation, and capacity development.
• Community, volunteer, and civic engagement.
• Leadership and community participation.
• Good governance and women’s empowerment.
• Awareness, education, and working with groups and communities.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants are encouraged to demonstrate:
• Genuine interest or previous experience in training or facilitation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working with communities, institutions, or initiatives.
• Availability and commitment to participate throughout the workshop.
• Willingness to share knowledge and practical skills with others.
Number of Participants
20 participants will be selected for the Training of Trainers (TOT) workshop.
Application Deadline
30 September 2026, 11:59 PM (Iraq Time).
The application form will close after the deadline, and new applications will no longer be accepted.
